29/19 – Michael Gröbner takes over the management of Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG and the Turck Holding GmbH
Michael Gröbner will become the new managing director of Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG and the Turck Holding GmbH from December 1, 2019. At the same time, the 44-year-old will also take over the management of the Production and Development area in the Turck Holding GmbH. Gröbner has many years of experience in production and management in international companies, most recently as managing director of Norgren GmbH.
As part of his initial training he will be working closely with the holding company managing directors Christian Wolf (Sales & Marketing) and Christian Pauli (Finance, IT & HR), as well as the interim managing director Joachim Göddertz.
“We are very pleased that we could gain Mr Gröbner, a proven management professional, for the management of the production and development area,” says Hans Sondermann, chairman of the supervisory board of the Turck Holding GmbH. “At the same time, we would like to greatly thank Joachim Göddertz, who with his know-how has effectively progressed the restructuring of the technology area in the Turck Group since February.”
Göddertz will continue as managing director of Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG until March 31, 2020, in order ensure an optimum induction for Mr Gröbner and a smooth transition. He will also continue to assist the management board of the holding in a consultative capacity after this time.
